Return & Refund Policy (India)

At Cleoté  The Legacy of Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality products, and we stand behind every item we ship. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Defective / Damaged Products

You are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective or leaking
  • You received the wrong item

✔ Not Satisfied with the Product

If you simply did not like the product, you may still request a return provided:

  • The product is unused
  • The seal is intact
  • The packaging is undamaged
  • Return request is made within the allowed return window

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must include invoice or order ID
  • Must not be opened or swatched (for hygiene reasons)

4. Refund & Replacement Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose:

A. Replacement

We will ship a new product at no additional cost.

B. Refund

Refunds will be processed via original payment method:

  • UPI / Card / Net Banking → 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders → Bank transfer or store credit

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product → Cleoté covers shipping.
  • If the return is due to personal preference → Customer covers return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Seal is broken
  • Product is damaged after delivery
  • Return request is made after 5 days

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product photo/video
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
