📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product falls under the conditions below:
✔ Product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
✔ You notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date
✔ You provide photo/video evidence of the issue
Products are NOT eligible for return if:
❌ Opened, used, swatched, or tampered with
❌ Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
❌ Free gifts, samples, or discounted items (if mentioned as Final Sale)
🔄 Replacement / Refund Options
Once your claim is verified and approved, you may choose:
🔁 Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
💸 Refund to the original payment method
📍 Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after approval
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI / Bank Transfer.
🚚 Wrong / Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order: Please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing proof.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Standard for Beauty Products)
For hygiene & safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Lip care products (lip gloss, lip oils, tints, etc.) unless damaged on arrival
- Used / opened personal beauty items
- Items purchased during special sale marked Non-returnable / Final Sale
